Our Vision
As participants in the 8th leadership class of Next Level Trainings (VIP 8), part of our transformational curriculum is to create a large-scale community service project for a local non-profit. Our team has chosen to support Kaleidoscope Youth Center, and we created massive results for them in just 30 days! Kaleidoscope Youth Center works in partnership with young people in Central Ohio to create safe and empowering environments for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning and ally youth through advocacy, education, support, and community engagement..

VIP 8 Columbus proudly supports Kaleidoscope Youth Center
Kaleidoscope Youth Center is the only organization in Ohio solely dedicated to supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQ) youth and their allies.
Founded in 1994, the mission of Kaleidoscope Youth Center is to work in partnership with young people in Central Ohio to create safe and empowering environments for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning and ally youth through advocacy, education, support, and community engagement.
Their vision is for youth across the spectrums of sexual orientation and gender identity to live healthy, whole lives with acceptance and freedom from oppression. They stay true to their mission by intentionally partnering with young people to create and implement programs and services that enhance the lives of LGBTQ youth and allies in five key areas: social and behavioral health; holistic health and wellness; life-skills development; identity affirmation and community building; and leadership development, empowerment, and advocacy.
