Community Service Project Recap: VIP 17 - Columbus

Dream Team 17, the 17th Vision and Impact Program (VIP) class of Next Level Trainings, developed a large scale community service project that we hoped would reach people and positively impact the lives of those who live and work around us.  We witnessed the awesome work that past VIP classes have done and our aim was to dig deeper and aim higher than we had ever done before.

COLUMBUS, OH- The Columbus-based Next Level Trainings’ leadership students and families will be on-site to present an oversized check to LifeTown, a local non-profit serving the needs of youth with disabilities from 13 Central Ohio school districts. The leadership team is wrapping up a four-week campaign which raised more than $117,000 in donations plus made physical improvements to LifeTown’s facilities and collected over 1,000 items requested by the local non-profit.

COLUMBUS, OH- The Columbus-based Next Level Trainings’ leadership students and volunteers will be on-site to make physical improvements at the LifeTown facility, a local non-profit serving the needs youth with disabilities from 13 Central Ohio school districts. Volunteers are gathering from across Ohio and beyond to paint, install new cabinets, countertops, shelving, electronics, and more. Over the weekend, the group also expects to top the $100,000 benchmark as it approaches it’s month-long goal of at least $117,000 in unrestricted donations for LifeTown.

COLUMBUS, OH- Next Level Trainings is producing a fun family-friendly event. All efforts benefit LifeTown Columbus, which provides vital life skills training in a safe environment to disabled youth from 13 Central Ohio school districts. There will be food, fun and games for the kids, a silent auction, and several raffles – including a 50/50 raffle and gift baskets filled to the brim with goodies for kids and adults. Local businesses have generously donated items to be raffled off as well as refreshments for this one of a kind event. Don’t miss a moment of the fun and excitement and support the children of LifeTown.

RELEASE: Next Level Trainings Leadership Program to Raise $117k in 34 days for LifeTown

COLUMBUS, OH - Next Level Trainings announced that it has began the launch of a community service project for LifeTown Columbus. Next Level Trainings 17th class is a Columbus based leadership program with students from Ohio, Colorado and North Carolina. The vision of Next Level Trainings is to transform the community and world in a huge way. Impacting children and teens with disabilities is the focus of this particular mission for LifeTown and Next Level Trainings.
